Verse 7:12 of Holy Quran;
[ALLAH] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay."

And similarly every Prophet was sent entirely to his own people, every Prophet, that is, except Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Verse 7:158 of Holy Quran;
Say, [O Muhammad], "O mankind, indeed I am the Messenger of ALLAH to you all, [from Him] to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death." So believe in ALLAH and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in ALLAH and His words, and follow him that you may be guided.
As Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), final Prophet and Messenger of ALLAH Almighty, His mission was a universal one, intended for not just his own country, the Arabs, but all the peoples of the earth.
Verse 34:28 of Holy Quran;
And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. But most of the people do not know.
